Ever heard that a simple looking problem of sleep can actually kill one? You would be surprised to know that a recent study has revealed that a simple problem of sleep is powerful enough to kill a person much faster rather than any kind of deprivation of food, water or for that matter even the basic sanitation can actually kill him.

One of the serious diseases that is responsible for the death of million people all around the world is sleep apnea. It would be ideal to go in for a more natural way for sleep apnea, as it’s easy to adopt and better as compared to other medication and treatment given for this problem. But that does not mean that you have sleep apnea whenever you have a sleep problem.

Keeping a check on your biological clock is another alternative. In this you need to find out the time when you naturally feel sleepy. And you also need to find out the time when you naturally wake up. For example if you naturally feel sleepy at around 10.30pm and to you are awake by 6.30am, then this is an indication that about eight hours of sleep is necessary for you. After having observed this timing, check how many hours have you given yourself per day. If the given time is anything more or less then what you need then it will definitely give you a sleep problem. You will need to put in some extra effort on your side if you have had more or less of the time of sleep in order to make a normal pattern of sleep that is basically needed by you.

Many medications and treatment are prescribed for the problem of sleep apnea. But some of the simple looking natural ways of treating this sleep problem are the best one to be adopted.
